Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to the sanction check requirements and maintain proper, accurate and complete records of the checks made.
• Assist the Business Divisions in ensuring all required sanction checks are conducted with no breaches in the branch’s policies and service standards.
• Support Director in control owner of sanction policies and effective implementation.
• Support Director in undertaking regular reviews of sanction procedures and recommend/implement modification where appropriate to ensure that any business risks are mitigated to the maximum extent possible.
• Inculcating strong risk culture within the Singapore operations.
• Ensuring the branch keeps up with sanction regulatory updates and implementation.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

• Prior experience in insurance admin/ operations is required

Job Description:

• Data entry, invoicing and filings
• Handle partial set of account (AP,AR, GL, Accts Reconciliation)
• Key in all accounting transactions into accounting system
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Assist in monthly payroll and manage timesheet & leave records
• Assist in managing road tax and insurance renewals

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy/Finance. Otherwise, 2-3 years of relevant working experience is accepted
• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude

• Well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Knowledge of XERO Accounting will be an advantage
