The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

The Services required are set out as follows:

Operations Executive

Support Operations Manager in the key areas of School’s operations, which include:

1.General Security and Safety:

a.Gate duty and traffic management

b.Checking and ensuring that user(s) of school facilities duly exit School by the expiry of the scheduled booking slot(s).

c.Checking and ensuring that the doors of all rooms, school gates and all-electrical appliances are turned off or locked before leaving School at the end of duty hours.

d.Arming the School’s security alarm system before leaving School at the end of duty hours.

2.Assist in cleaning duties to support School’s general cleanliness.

3.Logistics support for school programmes and events (e.g. assist security guard to maintain traffic control during big events, arrange tables for school examinations, etc).

4.Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager.

Support Staff (Operations)

Work with Operations Executive to support after-hours School’s operations, in two key areas as follows:

1.Support School’s security operations, including:

a.Locking and unlocking special rooms and school gates

b.Arming/Disarming of School’s security alarm system for assigned rooms.

c.Checking and ensuring that the doors of the special rooms assigned and school gates are locked and all electrical appliances are turned off before leaving school at the end of duty hours.

2.Logistics support for school programmes and events (e.g. assist security guard to maintain traffic control during big events, arrange tables for school examinations, etc).

3.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
