To assist in maintaining the Resource Booking Service when needed

• Logistic and stock taking

Assist to manage and track all non-SSOE ICT/AVA resources and inventory (e.g. iPad, Microsoft Surface Pro, printers, etc.) with up-to-date documentation

Stock-take and updates inventory records for school and audit purposes

Maintain repair and loan records of ICT/AVA equipment

• Support daily operations (AVA & IT)

Assist in the planning and implementation of ICT-related programs

Assist in troubleshooting and support for school-owned devices

Troubleshooting of AV and IT equipment in classroom on a daily operation

Providing support to teachers in the use of AV and IT equipment in classroom

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Chrome OS and Chromebook functionality, including efficient navigation, app usage, file management, and troubleshooting, to support and enhance the educational experience in a school environment utilising Chromebooks as student devices.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma in IT or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences. Experiences in AV/IT support, Basic knowledge of troubshooting devices (Chrome, IOS or Windows operating system), Inventory management, video and photo editing will be an advantage

Elastic is searching for an Enterprise Account Executive for the Indonesia territory to expand our Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts. This role will be based in Singapore and requires occasional travels to Indonesia to expand our Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within new Enterprise accounts, by helping users and customers derive value from their data sets
• Serving as an evangelist for our Open Source offerings while communicating and demonstrating the capabilities of our commercial features
• Uncovering new and diverse use cases to enable our users to work smarter, not harder
• Collaborating across Elastic business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Working thoughtfully with customers to identify new business opportunities, managing through the sales cycle and closing complex transactions
• Building a robust business plan through community, customer and partner ecosystems to achieve significant Elastic growth within your accounts

What You Bring With You:

• A track-record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions into net new complex accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references
• A deep understanding and preferably experience selling into the ecosystem we live in, including Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM and Cloud
• A good understanding of the local Indonesia market
• A strong network with local customers is preferred
• The ability to build relationships and credibility with both Developers and Executives
• Predictability and accurate forecasting capabilities using SFDC
• An appreciation for the Open Source go-to-market model and the community of users who rely on our solutions every single day
• Previous experience selling into the Enterprise accounts included in this territory
• Local & native language (E.g. Bahasa Indo) will be required for this role

Job Requirements

• Experience in Retail as a Floor Manager/Store Manager is welcome to apply!
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 Level) in speaking, listening, and writing is essential, as the role often requires interaction with Japanese counterparts.
• Willing to go on a business trip (Asia)
