Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO to manage the funds for the company's trade business, investment business and daily operation, ensure the adequate supply of funds, reduce the cost of funds and improve the efficiency of funds;
• Ensure the effective implementation and smooth operation of the company's risk management structure (four tier management and control structure), evaluate the company's risk management structure and operation mechanism, and put forward suggestions for optimisation and adjustment to the Management team and Risk Management Committee;

• Responsible for establishing, completing and optimising the company's risk management system and processes, improving the quality of market risk and credit risk data management, and ensuring that the risk management work is systematic, standardised and scientific according to the company's risk management philosophy;
• Prepare the company's risk management report on a regular basis and report to the Management team, Risk Management Committee and CNAF;
• Responsible for coordinating the work from CNAF legal and risk control department (for risk management portion only);
• Responsible for the annual appraisal, recruitment, training, development, etc of all the risk management personnel;
• Other ad-hoc matters assigned by CNAF, the board of directors or the Management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics/Finance or a related field, or equivalent qualifications. Familiar with the operational mechanisms of domestic and international oil trading, oil market risks, credit risks and the derivatives market;
• 8 years of relevant working experience that could sufficiently demonstrate the competencies in a highly dynamic and competitive environment, and fulfill the job responsibilities of overseeing the risk management framework that support business growth and protect stakeholders’ interest；
• High degree of IT literacy as an enabler to the quantification, measurement & reporting of risks & exposures；

The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists in the support of DBS’ enterprise privileged access management infrastructure and operations. He/She will be responsible for the end to end design, deployment, operations and development of the bank’s privileged access management framework, infrastructure and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the automation and integration of privileged access management infrastructure to other systems to achieve straight through processing and reduce manual work.
• Provide on-going operations support including management reporting and operations dashboards relating to the governance oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CyberArk Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the deployment, configuration, management, and support of CyberArk infrastructure components. -Placement of time deposit, and

• To have basic knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST.
