We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to help run our warehouse efficiently and according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Logistics Administrator responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle.

Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive the right orders on time.

Responsibilities

• Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare shipping documents (like delivery orders, purchase orders and bills of lading)
• Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
• Schedule deliveries for our drivers and warehouse staff
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
• Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
• Provide information to customers about the status of their orders

Requirements

• Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of logistics software
• Attention to details
• Added advantage with IT knowledges such as Microsoft Office, WooCommerce

This position will lead logistics initiatives and help ensure all Deliver transformation standards are deployed across manufacturing sites. This includes proactively developing and deploying best practices and driving continuous improvement. This role will lead large scale cost savings projects, drive efficiencies, and work closely with senior leadership across manufacturing sites and the global deliver team to address logistics needs.

A Day In The Life

• Develop and prioritize opportunities and action plans to improve service, and reduce transportation costs across the network.
• Partner with finance to review freight spend, potential risks, potential upside and lead projects to reduce variance vs Annual Operating Plan.
• Collaborate with large manufacturing sites to drive process standardization and deploy best practices.
• Ensure route code and route guide compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and technology and support enhancements by working with Enterprise Deliver COE (i.e. TMS, E2E Visibility, Control Tower, etc).
• Uncover cost savings opportunities to achieve 5-6% YoY cost.
• Work with the Deliver COE to achieve service, sustainability, and cost targets.
• Deploy transportation acumen/capability/knowledge management/training within manufacturing sites.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and collaboration.
• Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
• Travel 15% to manufacturing sites within Greater Region China and APAC.

Must Have:

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in transportation, with a minimum of 3 years people management experience.
• Ability to speak Mandarin as the role needs to work with stakeholders in China
• In-depth knowledge of transportation planning and transportation management system (TMS)
• Experience managing China ground transportation network and China exports
• Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc).
• Microsoft Office Suite User
• Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working in a multi-national companies with diverse culture, matrix organization and regional led responsibilities.

Responsible for all aspects of the central kitchen & logistics operations:

· Overseas all aspects of the central kitchen & logistics operations.

· Monitors central kitchen & logistics operations to ensure cost-effective, reliable, waste control and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Assistant is responsible for coordinating general warehouse operations and activities including picking and packing, shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storing of inventory.
