Requirements:

• Possess Diploma, NITEC, NTC-2 or ITC Mechatronic Engineering is preferred
• Equipment knowledge - Bagging /packaging/conveyor system
• General knowledge on ac drives and electrical motors, pneumatic cylinders and roller/chain conveyors
• Basic knowledge of PLC and electrical system
• Min. 3 years' relevant experience in Facilities Management/Facilities Technician
• Must be prepared to work on a 12-hour rotating shift
• Experience in Bagging line would be advantage

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling imports and export documentation (Issue shipping documents eg. Bills of Lading & Arrival Notice)
2. Booking of shipment to Shipping Lines.
3. Coordinate with Transporters on delivery process.
4. Ensure customer’s shipments are processed promptly & accurately.
5. Ensure accuracy in the relevant paperwork.
6. Ensure all emails are respond on time.
7. Ensure timely & accurate billing process.
8. Prepare monthly reports.
9. Maintain and manage filing on all completed shipments.
10. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by Managers.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of Logistics/Shipping Operations will be an advantage
2. Computer literate.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred.
4. Good communication skills
5. Initiative and willingness to learn

7. Able to commit 6 months contract and possibility of extension or convert to permanent based on performance.

Duties of Delivery Attendant include:
•Loading and unloading of goods
•Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
•Assist in ad-hoc operational tasks when required

Requirement:
•Physically fit as lifting and carrying of heavy loads involved. Dealing mainly food products including frozen items
•Able to commit to a 6 day work week, with rotating off day
