Key Responsibilities:
- Handling imports and export documentation (Issue shipping documents eg. Bills of Lading & Arrival Notice)
- Booking of shipment to Shipping Lines.
- Coordinate with Transporters on delivery process.
- Ensure customer’s shipments are processed promptly & accurately.
- Ensure accuracy in the relevant paperwork.
- Ensure all emails are respond on time.
- Ensure timely & accurate billing process.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain and manage filing on all completed shipments.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by Managers.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Logistics/Shipping Operations will be an advantage
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred.
- Good communication skills
- Initiative and willingness to learn
- Candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply
- Able to commit 6 months contract and possibility of extension or convert to permanent based on performance.
- Duration of Work: July 2024 – 6 Months (minimum)
