Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Logistics Supervisor/Officer/Section Manager.
• Drive the truck for delivery/unloading of finished goods and collect/loading empty containers at the customer site.
• Drive the truck for material transfers between the company premises and off-site warehouses.
• Ensure proper truck operation and safe, timely delivery of finished goods.
• Assist with delivery/unloading of finished goods and collection/loading of empty containers at/from customer sites.
• Manage traffic control and safety for incoming and outgoing vehicles during shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the warehouse vicinity.
• Assist with warehouse duties when assigned, including:
• • Preparing goods for shipment, including label scanning.
• • Loading/unloading goods from containers.
• • Storing goods on the racking system.
• Drive Prime Mover when possible.
• Adhere strictly to EHS and QMS procedures in all activities.
• Perform any other tasks as instructed by the superior.

Job Description:

• Prepare and draft AWBs for customer/agent approval.
• Request CIPL and prepare draft permits.
• Coordinate with customers and overseas agents via email.
• Verify cargo details (pcs, weight, dimensions) and update the system accurately.
• Print original AWBs and handle required documentation (FWB, FHL, permits, etc.).
• Send pre-alerts, process billing, and manage related operations.
• Handle pre-alerts for cargo release or delivery arrangements.
• Inspect cargo at the warehouse and report discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that customer’s inbound and outbound shipments are coordinated / transacted as per procedures / work instructions.
• To ensure the timely and accurate administration / transaction of inbound and outbound shipments and as per internal / external KPI requirements.
