Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Senior Operations Excellent Executive to join their Warehouse Operations team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

Responsibilities Senior Operations Excellent Executive:

• Streamline workflows with tools like FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and 5 Whys to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Implement global operations standards (e.g., 5S, CI) and share best practices.
• Deliver efficiency, cost, and quality improvement projects on time and within scope.
• Develop KPI dashboards and provide insights for decision-making.
• Facilitate Lean training and mentor staff to enhance operational excellence.
• Align with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and strategies.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Supply Chain or related study
• Min 5 years of warehouse operations, with exposure in process improvement projects
• Experience in methodologies such as Six Sigma and 5S

• Ensure timely submission of tenders, RFQs, RFIs, and proposals in line with client specifications.
• Collaborate with HQ Business Solutions to support tender submissions for KSA (Key Strategic Account) clients.
• Provide KSA volume and revenue data to assist management decision-making.
• Manage large, complex projects to meet objectives within scope, time, budget, and resources.
• Adhere to project timelines, conducting internal reviews before submission.
• Maintain tender document records and manage business development activities to increase market share.
• Build regional relationships with stakeholders and clients to drive business growth.
• Identify supply chain gaps and develop solutions to improve operations.
• Oversee project management methodology and risk management processes.
• Conduct project reviews, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Deliver quality project documentation and maintain up-to-date records.
• Support continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
• Coordinate with project sponsors and stakeholders to forecast resource needs and ensure project success.
• Engage clients to align solutions with their needs.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for KSA clients.
• Forecast customer needs and lead discussions to finalize requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in Key Account Management within 3PL Contract Logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
