Key Tasks
Drive Safety and Sustainability
Ā· Ensure compliance with Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
Ā· Report accidents, near misses, and incidents according to WSH protocols.
Ā· Maintain environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities.
Ā· Prepare compliance reports for EMS standards.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Ā· Engage in initiatives to improve time, cost, and quality management.
Ā· Provide input on smart facilities management trends and technologies.
Manage Facility Operations
Ā· Conduct routine inspections, schedule repairs, and implement preventative maintenance.
Ā· Track and close fault calls, complete custodial service documentation, and respond to user requests.
Ā· Inspect and track building assets, coordinate maintenance, and procure items as needed.
Ā· Deploy personnel to address facility-related feedback and review progress reports for actionable insights.
Vendor and Contractor Management
Ā· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance tasks and manage contracts to meet quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
Ā· Minimum Diploma in Engineering in Electronics And Communication Engineering, Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building or relevant related fields
Ā· 1-3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management
Ā· knowledge of BMSMA and WSH is an advantage
Ā· Knowledge in URA, SCDF Regulations is an advantage
Ā· Proficiency in Ms Office Applications / Power Platform Applications
Ā· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ā· Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Ā· Customer-service oriented in communicating / collaborating with internal/external stakeholders
Ā· Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ā· Demonstrate a positive attitude with a keen sense of responsibility and high motivation.
Ā· Resourceful, pay attention to detail, function well in a team, and work independently with minimal supervision.
