Job Description:
Ā· Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation for inbound and outbound deliveries
Ā· Liase with supplier, manufacturers, and retailers.
Ā· Keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Ā· Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
Ā· Prepare the stock checks, stock transfer between retail shops and ensure sufficient stock in every retail shops.
Ā· Refine workflow and offer recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations
Ā· Coach, guide and train other colleagues and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practices results, added value and continuous improvements.
Ā· Familiar with companyās policies and procedure
Ā· Develop a strong working relationship, team-work with in-store managers and colleagues
Ā· Perform and complete all jobs assigned as required by superior.
