Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies that align with the company's objectives and support efficient operations. Ensure effective execution of full logistics scope transport planning for on-site/ on-deck deliveries /collections.

• Data Analysis, setting goals, and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), develop strategies & roadmap, evaluate logistics and warehouse performance, and present regular reports to senior management.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with cross-functional teams, Service Lines, Operations, Fleet Services team, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and manage logistics budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of 8-10 years in logistics and warehouse management, with a focus on shipping/ project logistics, geotechnical engineering offshore wind or EPCI Offshore logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of marine industry logistics practices, regulations, and challenges.

Job Description

This position reports to the Admin & Finance Manager and interacts with the other Division members withint he company int he daily operations.

Specific Responsibilites

1. Exposure to SysMagic (Integrated Freight System)

2. AP - arrange payment via bank transfer, remittance for overseas payment

3. AR - process SOA, chasing payment, update receipt

4. Filing of all accounting documents

5. Adhoc admin duties

2. How to ensure accuracy, understanding the importances of reconciliation, up to date information

Location: 86 Kaki Bukit Industrial Terrace, Singapore 416166

Working Days: 5 day work week, Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm, 5 day work week.

Salary : S$3000-S$3500 per month

Job Responsibilities

-Attend to client’s sales inquiries and aid in preparing sales orders/quotations.

-Manage customers’ orders and expedite shipments to meet monthly sales targets.

-Generate Delivery Orders and Tax invoices for customers.

-Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service.

-Ensure accuracy of product information in the warehouse system (e.g., part number, pricing, quantity, etc.).

-Compile weekly and month-end closing sales data and reports.

-Coordinate with vendors to schedule shipping and ensure timely delivery of goods.

-Coordinate delivery schedules between customers and vendors.  Supervise warehouse operations.

-Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct periodic physical stock-take processes.

-Fulfill other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.

• Coordinate with Company logistics activities and oversee business plans at the regional level.
• Lead the Logistics and Landing Storage and Delivery (LSD) function and participate in the strategic planning of logistics solutions.
• Promote Asia-Pacific standard process and strategy of Supply Chain within NSC/Factory
• Analyze logistics costs and (KPIs) for guiding to actions for achieving target.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Shipping industry.
• Proficient in MS Office.
