• Responsible for packing of goods for export shipments
• Perform all store duties including receiving, issuing, checking, load/unloading of goods
• Prepare and churn out Purchase Order (PO) from the in-house accounting system
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and oversea customers
• Work on shipment related modules in an ERP system
• Handle and reply to customer enquiries via phone and e-mails on product availability and delivery schedule
• Takes on any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by superior
• Daily SAP Data Maintenance to support Direct Shipment to other countries
• Ensure Compliance Dual Use End User Declaration are completed before shipment
