Job Description
• Managing station’s AR & AP Account.
• Monthly AR & AP reconciliation and follow up AR’s collection and process vendors’ payment and staffs claim.
• Liaising with HQ for inter-company Reconciliation and assist them in matters/queries relating to the local station.
• Assisting Finance Manager for monthly account closing.
• Assisting Finance Manager for year-end audit schedules, tax compliance and quarterly GST reporting matters.
• Monitoring shipment report and ensure prompt billing is done.
• Running and reviewing of shipment and client reports for detailed analysis and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Any other duties and projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
Job Requirements
• Possess LCCI or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Knowledge in logistics and the freight industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge on accounting principles and standards.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, initiative and independent.
• Experience in using CargoWise system is preferred.
• Good team player.
