• Planning and reserving of cargo loading with airlines.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Chinese as we need to communicate with our China operation support team.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), we will train you to use Cargo systems.

• Good command of English as we need to liaise with suppliers and customers.

• Be physically fit, able to stand and bend to handle cargo up to 10kg.

Responsibilities:

• Assist workforce planning and L&D manager on the overall learning and development plans.
• Provide support in overseeing the training and development budget.
• Support the manager in carrying out the learning development projects/ activities.
• Facilitate learning and development interventions for the employees.
• Provide training and support in a learning and development framework.
• Generate overall business information by utilizing data analytic tools.
• Assist the team in managing relations with employees.
• Utilize policies and initiatives to attain workforce development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 years of workforce planning and L&D experience.
• Knowledge of any artificial intelligence programs would be an added advantage.
