• Prepares Inventory report such as stock level, stock turns, stock obsolescence etc.

4. Stock Transfer Order

• Proceed stock transfer from AB3 to AB1, issuing ZUB PO to AB3, coordinate with Warehouse personal for GR

5. Order Issuing

• Issuing stock from AB1 to AB3 and other Inter Companies enquires for all export activities.

6. Vender Consignment

• Perform Inbound & Outbound (Interco & Consignment customers) activities

• Consignment Stock Procurement

• Direct Shipment urgent enquiry procurement

• Products cannibalization (OGIRF Form)

• Monitoring consignment stock status and transferring

• Liaise with vender, acquire invoice and reconciliation

7. Vender Sourcing

• Perform vetting and selecting vendors for nonstrategic products and services procurement for AB1 and AB3

8. Other Administrative matters

• Assists in annual external audit and internal audit support.

• Back up as Logistics Administrator

• Assist warehouse supervisor in stock take activities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain

• SAP knowledge and application in Material Management module mandatory

• Contractual role for maternity cover

• Proficient in MS Office applications preferred

• Have good discipline and work attitude

Our client is a global US MNC in the IT industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Coordinator be part of their Logistics Team for ongoing transformation projects.

Duties of Logistics Coordinator:

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock management.
• Maintain high accuracy in receiving, picking, and Warehouse Management System (e.g., SAP) processes.
• Monitor and respond to emails and handle general inquiries efficiently.
• Sort and organize inventory in line with established procedures.
• Provide administrative support, including document filing, scanning, and retrieval (e.g., PODs, invoices).
• Conduct regular stock-taking and cycle counting as assigned.
• Ensure punctuality and commitment, including availability for overtime when needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing shipping invoices.
• Generate delivery orders for all deliveries.
• Key in jobs details into the excel worksheets for all incoming items as well update of work in process (WIP) for all delivery activities.
• Arrange daily deliveries and collections with driver.
• Issue warranty stickers for repaired valves and update the warranty record.
• Track and notify the sales department about items that have been repaired.
• Assist in inventory management and accurate tracking and reporting.
• Help driver in carrying heavy items when making deliveries and collection.
• Act as a backup driver.

Requirements

• Computer literate and good with MS Office Application
• Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Computer literate and with basic computer knowledge
