The Role

• Perform warehousing and logistics functions such as receiving, putting away of goods, picking, and marshaling
• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Conduct physical counts to ensure the accuracy
• Practice safe work procedures and identify potential hazard
• Handle stocks & equipment with care
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

About You

• Experienced in warehouse and logistics will be an advantage
• Comfortable working in Cold Room Environment (0°Cto 0°C)
• Acquired a forklift license will be an advantage
• Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends

The Job:

• Serves as the first point of contact for all our customers and consistently deliver professional support and service
• Manage incoming orders, calls and e-mails, including making changes to orders
• Manage all incoming cases, prioritize importance, and distribute cases to second line support as required
• Maintain and consistently demonstrates a general knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices, and procedures.

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree with Min 5 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarder/ shipping/ 3PL companies
• Must have airway bill generation, packing list and declaration forms

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or Engineering and related field will be a plus.

· At least 2 years of project executive working experience (Logistics industry OR M&E industry)
