• Aggressively source and secure New Accounts (Customers)
• Ensure continued profitability of all Accounts (New & Existing)
• Ensure Nil Discrepancies in Rates and Charges quoted
• Maintain a good working relationship with Accounts for New Opportunities
• Develop New Niche Businesses or Markets either Locally or Overseas
• Communicate all service requirements effectively to all departments and offices
• Monitor and ensure prompt payments from all AccountsHigh Proficiency of Written and Spoken Japanese Language (to communicate with HQ in Japan)

• Maintain a comprehensive range of daily logistics administration and documentation, including order processing, deliveries, freight, bills, customer inquiries, and more.
• Take responsibility for order processing by receiving orders from customers and inputting them into factories located in Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, and Taiwan.
• Collaborate with factories, carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Receive shipping documents from factories and process the necessary paperwork for customers.
• Prepare invoices for distributors and group companies.
• Review and submit freight, insurance, and other logistics invoices to the Accounting Department for payment.
• Manage logistics databases and assist in preparing transportation and distribution statistics for analysis.
• Develop a semi-annual budget for freight and insurance, including detailed analysis for approval.
• Oversee monthly order issues and allocation within the region, working closely with Production Planning and Sales teams to optimize supply and demand.
• Coordinate with Group Companies to resolve delivery problems, cargo damages, payment issues, and customer complaints.
• Handle the process of returning goods and managing loss or damage if discrepancies arise.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Shipping and Logistics, Supply chain management and other related studies
• 2-3 years of experience Shipping / logistics, preferably from supply chain, freight and forwarding, transport and warehouse environment
• Preferably with relevant experience in Program Management
• Independent and able to work in a team
• Possess good communication skills and able to interact with all levels
• Good understanding and knowledge in inventory control, planning and procurement
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS office applications

Salary : S$3,000.00 with 0.5 months completion bonus
