The successful candidate

• Diploma / Degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in freight forwarding with sea freight experiences
• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office & ability to work independently
• DGR trained will be an advantage

Job Description

• Repair and replace for all Mechanical, Electrical and Civil related works such as CCTV, Aircon, lighting and power, plumbing and sanitary.
• Liase with the compliance and facility GM in planning and scheduling of facility related repair/maintenance tasks
• Handle facility contracts or contractors for aircon, lift, facility equipment, grass cutting and pest control
• Source and develop a pool of suitable and qualified contractors and supplies to support maintenance and upgrading works
• Conduct site inspections
• Respond to fault-call and follow up on fault reporting
• Maintain and update listing of equipment maintenance schedule

Job Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Building Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facilities Management

The Driver (Class 4) is responsible for safe, efficient and on-time delivery and operation of heaavy vehicles to load, move , and unload goods. He or she may also be required to support general transportation operations.
