Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities, including temporary works, land piling, sand filing, and compaction activities.
2. Collaborate with Team leaders, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain workflow and address site issues promptly.
3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines, minimizing risks and environmental impact.
4. Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, quality records, and site diaries.
5. Assist in implementing the Environmental Management System and Project Quality Plan applicable to site activities.
6. Manage site logistics, ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet construction milestones.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with local environmental and safety regulations
• 5.5 days working week

• Manage time well and advise on talent needs where applicable
• Build relationships internally and externally
• Ensure positive client experience through communication & timely escalations.

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree from relevant disciplines.
• Experience in inhouse HR functions, policy review or transformation project work.
• Knowledge in government business initiatives/grants for consultancy support.
• Experience using social media, networking tools, and research tools to source leads an advantage.
• Experience in HR consultancy work and business development a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

• Chauffeur the bosses around as per schedule provided.
• Pick up the car from either the boss's premises or company.
• Park back the car at the end of the day
• Other duties as assigned.

Job requirement:

• Min 1 year relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Possess class 3/3A driving license is a must.
