Job Scope:

• Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative functions (excluding payroll)
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process for non-executives, including sourcing, posting job advertisement, interview coordination, etc

• Handling training grants, MINDEF claims and other government claims
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR / Business Administration or equivalent
• Possess minimum 3 years of related HR experience
• Prior exposure from MNC environment will be highly valued
• Prior exposure from Logistic industry is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details
• Willingness to develop and learn new skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge on employment law and regulations
