Procurement:

• · Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand the supplier base and meet new project/production needs.
• Obtain quotes from newly sourced suppliers to achieve competitive costing and continuous cost reduction.

Warehousing:

Job Description:

• Identify new customers by searching online business listings, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences
• Achieve monthly and annual targeted sales and maintain consistent performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing of Trane chillers & other HVAC equipment
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers and related equipment
• Have basic knowledge of overhaul & start up jobs on Trane chillers
• Liaising with customers to resolve complaints cases
• Coordination with vendors and contractors in job coordination
• Assist or involve in schedule planning & prepare technical analysis reports for management’s review
• Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards
• Any other duties as deemed necessary from times to times

Requirements:

• NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant experience in Chiller Systems/ Air-conditioning

Responsibilities

· Responsible for providing preventive maintenance service for BMS (Building Management System)

· Carry out troubling shooting, analyzing and rectification of the system on time

· Support client with system operation and recommendation for improvement

· Data analyzing and determination of the system operation status

· Response client’s request and attend the issue in short notice

· Supervise subcontractor to carry out the work safely

· Provide the assistance to colleague and mentoring actively

· Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards

· Prepare and submit quotations, including material, labor, and scope of works

· Perform replacement/repair, fit out works/A&A for existing BMS site

· Perform weekly standby on rotation schedule

· Perform calibration and verification of BMS sensors annually

· Provide sales support BMS service and site survey

Requirements

· Hands on experience in BMS Control System

· Hands on experience in programming languages and logic gates

· Familiar with digital fundamental
