Job Description:
- Maintain and update HR records, streamline HR processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.
- Responsible of government statistic / MOM survey and submission. - Responsible for all Government’s claim submission, such as Maternity Leave claim, NS Claim, Childcare leave claim etc.
- Manages and implementing all aspects of Human Resources functions, strategies and initiatives including policies, systems / processes, procedures, talent management, operational improvement and organization development to align the workforce management with the overall strategic goals of the company.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Assist in human resource related projects
- Assist in the coordination of HR events and programmes
- Any other duties as assigned.
Your Background
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3 year’ HR-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of local labour legislation
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese speaking colleagues)
