• Achieve the region target, working with Operating Companies sales.

• Support region Aerospace IV account and formulate region Aerospace IV strategy.
• Promote of Aerospace IV Development by gathering and analyze insight & best practice of Global major Industries for Logistics, translate into sales collateral, define and supervise, lead the execution of global Aerospace IV strategy by following the plan in assigned region.
• Support Operating Companies to drive Aerospace IV business development.
• Act as a principal in leading Aerospace IV sales members in the region, observe fixed points of activities and carry out necessary support, advice and cooperation.
• Drive and lead key RFQ by working closely with Operating Companies & tender team.
• Develop Aerospace IV specific customer value proposition and commercial model, Collaborate with BUs to develop new global Aerospace IV specific products.
• Lead the analysis and development sales of the top companies in major industries and build the foundation to develop into important customers. Also use materials to explain basic information and logistics characteristics of Aerospace IV that make it easy for Opcos and the region to understand the characteristics and approach methods of each Aerospace IV, and to educate them widely.
• Identify target, potential accounts and guide the strategies and development plan in the region.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business-related field ideally with a major
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics or as a sales representative in charge of customers in own IV.
• Exp in International logistics and business development for Aerospace Industry
• Knowledge and have deep understanding of Aerospace IV specificities
• Demonstrated excellence skill of strategic and tactics problem solving.
• Strong cooperation and able to engage information, personnel and people necessary to achieve objectives.

Job Scope

• Ensure customer bookings are promptly documented, processed and reviewed for accuracy and completeness
• Input export job reference
• Any special shipment requirements shall be resolved with the shipper prior accepting the booking;
• Keep Sales Personnel informed about their bookings
• Upon receipt of booking from shipper, Customer Service will book shipment direct with shipping lines or our consol for both FCL and LCL cargo
• After confirmation of space with shipping lines or consol, Customer Service will advise shipper via email or fax
• Customer Service will proceed to arrange the trucking and collection of cargo if customer require this service
• Any changes in vessel details or delay in arrival date will be made known to shipper via phone or email by Customer Service
• Ensure all cargoes send in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer immediately
