Delivery Driver Responsibilty and Requirements:

• Safe and timely loading, transportation and delivery of goods to customers or businesses.

• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, billing is correct, and customers are satisfied.

• Assistance in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.

• Accept payment for delivered goods. • Deliver catering orders

The roles and responsibilities of Admin cum Logistic Executive:

1. Generate invoices for customer’s order and SOA for payment by using software & customer’s portal.

2. Arranging the daily delivery order for drivers.

3. Compiles and maintains record of stocks in the warehouse to ensure that all stocks are accounted

4. Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of stocks and computes inventory balance and sales figures.

5. Prepare reports, such as sales reports, inventory balance, price lists, and stock take.

6. Provide customer service and support through phone, WhatsApp/webchat and email for customer’s order and enquiry.

7. Generate weekly/monthly sales reports for e-commerce account.

8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Perform processing of electricity supply applications
• Monitoring of performance statistics
• Preparation of supply applications performance and remittance report
• Perform tagging of tenant meters
• Raise refunds for service quotations
• Check and issue service connection quotations
• Issue payment acknowledgement letters
• Liaise with LEWs, customers and supply application matters
• Attend to customers, LEWs and Principals’ enquiries via letter, email and verbal correspondences
• Coordinate and attend meetings with customers, LEWs and Principals.
• Assist in special projects assigned
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Section

Period:

• 6 months or 2 years contract

Location:

• Kallang

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, ​8am – 5.30pm or 8.30am - 6pm

Salary:

• up to $2,600 + bonus

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a positive customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to handle stress and work under tight timeline
