This is a new position, as a personal driver for the Key Management of MC SIN. The incumbent’s main duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Chauffer Key Management from place of residence to office vice versa and attend external meetings/events etc.
• Ensure cleanliness of the car and keeping it in good condition through regular cleaning, routine maintenance etc.
• Keep in constant communication with General Affairs & HR Department concerning the state of the vehicle.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department.

Requirements

• Minimum Primary 6 PSLE Certificate or equivalent.
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driving License with good driving records.

Benefits Summary:

• Basic up to $10000 + $1100 Fixed transport allowance + Commission
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Changi North way
• Solo contributor support by Sales Operation Executive
• Focus on freight sales

Responsibilities:

• Oversee good commercial relationship with all customers.
• Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide in-house support to the Sales Personnel in handling sales quotations, SOPs, RFQs and enquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
• Liaise and coordinate with global offices/agents with regards to sales-related enquiries, as well as shipment monitoring/ coordination in accordance to account SOP set up.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and external customers, in accordance to their requested format.
• Review, update and maintain SOP, quotations and RFQ results for assigned accounts in server/Systems.
• Follow up on customer issues or handle disputes as and when necessary.
• Develop and direct procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Sales Support Team
• Provide feedback to the Operations team to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
• Perform other job duties as requested by the Immediate Superior / HOD.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or an equivalent field is preferred
• Couple of years in sales positions in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
• Preferably, focusing on customers from MNCs or larger companies
• Proven experience in business development and strategic account management
• Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, preferably with specialisations in certain industry verticals
• A sound understanding of leveraging a sales process to uncover customer needs, present appropriate solutions and close business
• Must have experience in working within a multi- national/cultural environment
• Strong organizational, business writing and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and drive profitable revenue from multiple accounts
• Strong leadership qualities and motivation skills
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively across various levels with internal stakeholders
