Sanhaus is looking for an intermediate Interior designer. An ideal candidate would have at least 1 years of experience in Singapore in Interior design industry. Job Responsibilities:

· Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.

· To work on architectural and interior design proposals and presentations.

· Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings

· Monitoring design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea

· Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used

· Working closely with Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages

Job Descriptions:

· Responsible for production of 2D shop drawings, details, Isometric drawings and part list

· Assist 3D modeler to develop shop drawings and detail drawings

· Prepare Isometric drawings for QA/QC

· Maintain, updates and makes amendments to drawings as needed

· Ensure the drawings comply with specifications and company standards

· Ensure the proper indexing, filing and storage of drawings

· Prepare documents and transmittal form for submissions

· Consult with Lead in the project planning on necessary details in the preparation of drawings

Requirements:

· ITE / Diploma Qualification

· At least 2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage

· Knowledge in MS office and 3D drafting in the use of CATIA design software

Role & Responsibilities

1. Prepare Auto cad & PDF drawings for EMA submission.
2. Assist the Engineers in updating drawings.
3. ON time delivery of drawings and maintain soft copy in the server.
4. Ad hoc duties as assigned
5. Site work if necessary.

Qualification

1. Minimum ITE/Diploma/Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
2. Proficient in Auto Cad & Microsoft Office.
3. Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is a plus. (Training will be provided)
4. Basic knowledge of reading Electrical Single line Diagram

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Produce 2D drafting/preliminary & 3D model drawings
• Produce Shop Drawings and Interior Furniture drawings in 3D & 2D.
• Perform 3D Rendering of Drawings.
• Ensure compliance with contract/project specifications.
• Liaise and Obtain relevant information from vendors and subcontractors.
• Able to visit job sites, perform site-surveys and site measurement
• Perform other Ad-Hoc Duties, that might be assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge in AutoCAD is a must.
• Knowledge in Sketchup/3DS Max is an advantage.
• Office Location: Tuas
• Working hours: 5 ½ day week
• Able to commence in short notice.
