Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Proven track record of teaching groups of 30+ students, with at least 10 courses delivered across both offline and online platforms.
• Expertise in independently creating exam content, developing new course materials, and managing student records.
• Skilled in video production and editing (please provide examples of previous work).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and at least one video editing software, with demonstrable outcomes.
• A highly positive attitude, strong emotional intelligence, and a problem-solving mindset, able to execute tasks assigned by management effectively.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Training-related field or over 2 years of working experience.

• Prepare technical drawings, section, and details as per requirement
• Design plans using computer-aided design, draughting (CAD) software.
• Draft and prepare layout drawings.
• Collaborate with Designer, Contractors, Operations and Project Managers on Projects.
• Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancement.
• Able to organize, lead and chair meetings with operations team to understand operational requirements and draft out test fit.
• Prepare as-built drawings for submission.
• Assist the project team in combining all information trades in drawing
• Responsible for checking the correctness of trade information
• Draw, coordinates and monitor shop drawings submission schedule
