Responsibilities

• Submission of drawings and documentations to all building authorities – URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks, etc to obtain respective Approvals /Clearances, including Amendments

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture/ Built Environment/ BCAA Diploma in Architecture (Technology) or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work
• Experience in Corenet Submission requirements, procedures and standards for BIM (Revit) and AutoCad (2D) format
• Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation
• Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings.

We are seeking for an experienced and talented UX Research Manager to lead and manage our UX research efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience working in agile teams, with UX designers, product managers and developers.
