Job Responsibilities

Design,Coordination & Implementation

• Contribute to the design thinking and process
• To create innovative design solutions from project inception to completion， conceptualization, preparation of plans /graphics / documentation /write-ups, specifications, and all other project related materials
• Well versed with drawing production SOP, format, processes and organization.
• Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Budget and Tender Documentation
• Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the landscape site works

Design & Build Sales

Main Duties:

• To Verify and clarify the design for Architects in drawing perspective;
• Assists the Architectural design team to produce design drawings such as site plans, architectural layouts, sections, elevations and details;
• Maintains architectural drawings to be updated according to revised layout all the time;
• Makes the necessary changes to the designs drawings or specifications basing on Architects’ instruction;
• Helps Architect to coordinate with Qualified Person for submission drawings;

The Role

As an Interior Designer you will work closely with the Director to design and document the design, finishes, furniture and equipment for projects as well as work on visualizing spaces for internal and client review. At The Outsource Studio we believe that an Interior Designer must be someone who is creative, articulate, organised, and responsible with a keen to learn and expand their knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the team in the design conceptualisation and development of the project through hand sketches, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Assisting the team with space planning and furniture layouts;
• Selecting finishes for review and use in project
• Assisting with project presentation materials such as boards, books, PowerPoints, and 3D mockups
• Assist in sub-consultant coordination as it pertains to interior design to maintain the integrity of the design intent

Requirements & Attributes:
