The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

6. provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed
7. mentor junior studio staffs
8. assist the Associate Creative Director in managing the interior designers’ schedule and deliverables
9. able to work with long hours, weekend and public holiday

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and realize the 2D special animation effects required by the project.
• Complete the required roles, UI and scene effects of the project, and communicate with UI products to achieve details,
• Control the impact of the overall special effects on the game atmosphere.
• Cooperate with the program to achieve the final effect, and follow up to confirm the final effect.
• Be able to accurately grasp the key frames of special effects and the sense of movement rhythm, be good at grasping details, pay attention to the level of special effects, and the matching of colors.

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from art-related majors, have good art skills (good at hand-painting), and have a good sense of movement rhythm.
• Proficiency in using Adobe After Effects and Spine, familiar with the working principles of cocoscreator engine 2D special effects.
• Good at communication and focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries. (will be focus more on sales, design team will assist you in the design part)
• Discuss and propose professional advice on interior design, space planning, design conceptualization and material selection to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposal and quotation based on client requirement and design.
• Manage and coordinate project progress from inception to completion.
• Site supervision and project coordination.
• Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work smoothly.
• Schedule workflow to meet customer move in date.

Requirements:

• Applicants with Min. Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related fields are highly welcome.

• Preferably at least 1-3 years working experience in sales interior design are welcome to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assisting the principal, team leader in his/her duties

2. Preparing design proposals using CAD, 3D modelling software, 3d rendering and/or traditional drawing methods

3. Site visits to obtain information such as site measurement, M&E information, photographs

4. Assisting the principal and/or design lead in design development, materials/finishes/ffe proposal

5. Leading the detailed design process and co-ordinating design information

6. Co-ordinating and liaising with the various consultants on the project team for actualization of design intent;

7. Assisting in obtaining quotations from main contractors/sub-contractors, and relevant parties for project purposes

8. Leading the preparation of tender documentations and construction drawings

9. Leading construction detailing process and co-ordinating design information

10. Meeting and liasing with client and contractors / sub-contractors during construction stage

11. Monitoring quality of contractor’s works and to make clarifications on contractor’s queries

12. Administering accuracy of built works on site against original design intent

13. Client communication and management during construction stage

14. Solving problems that might occur during building/construction stage

15. Any other related work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean / Permanent Residents

• Minimum 2+ years experience in both design and documentation work for small to medium scale interior projects

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Bach. Degree in Architecture preferred

• Software proficiency requirement: Autocad, Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to confidently, effectively and clearly communicate both verbally and in writing

• At least 1 year working experience in interior designing
• Experience in conceptualizing design, space planning, handling of project independently from inception through completion
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max & Adobe Photoshop
• Good knowledge in construction drawings & detailing
• Reliable, responsible and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
• Creative and passionate in her/his profession
