On our Meta Enterprise Products teams, we build industry leading, consumer-grade, and highly intuitive products that define new standards for how our internal teams and external customers work. This requires unconventional thinking and lightning-fast, nimble solutions. We are looking for someone that has strong experience building complex systems and is excited by challenging and rewarding problems. This role provides the opportunity to work across a diversity of surfaces and opportunities. These include company-wide, strategic design pattern libraries that scale to hundreds of internal products, as well as product experiences on both mobile and web.

Responsibilities

• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable designs
• Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems and generate new visual language
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
• Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Meta’s Enterprise products
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality
• Drive a partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and shipping multiple features that are broad/ambiguous in scope and encompass an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms
• 2+ years of interaction design experience with willingness to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this innovation will scale
• 2+ years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function
• 2+ years of strategic product thinking with experience developing product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact to people and the company
• Experience in representing work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts

As a UI/UX Designer, your tasks will involve understanding user requirements, creating graphic elements, and constructing navigation components. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in design software and wireframe tools. Your ultimate goal will be to develop functional and visually attractive features that cater to our client's needs and contribute to expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements.
• Visualize design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Create graphic elements for the user interface, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Construct navigation buttons and search fields for a seamless user experience.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that showcase site functionality and appearance.
• Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
• Present initial design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve UX issues, such as responsiveness and usability challenges.
• Make layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Maintain consistency with style standards for fonts, colors, and images.

Requirements and Skills

• Demonstrated professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
• Proficiency in wireframe tools such as Figma, Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating a team spirit and strong communication skills.
• Good time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

Job Scope:

• Undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion

• Advise clients on space planning and design concepts

• Generate quotation based on clients’ requirements

• Scheduling and coordination for renovation

• Assist in material proposal and products sourcing

• Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation

• Travel to renovation site during renovation period

• Develop and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers
