• Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, construction documentation, specifications and detailing

• Developing plans and detailed drawings of interior spaces specifying materials, finishes, lighting, furnishing and equipment

• Compiling information regarding design, specifications, materials, colors, equipment, estimated costs and construction time

• Produce full color plan and perspectives, material sample as well as mood boards relating to design for presentation

• Liaising with suppliers and contractors to effectively carry out concepts to fruition

• To provide accurate details and working drawings and high standard, quality and exquisite design solutions for Clients

• Taking responsibility for producing working drawings, contractor briefings and supervision (where appropriate)

• Amend, revise and update drawings as commented by clients and ensure the necessary documentation of the process is adhered to

• Supporting and working with Sales, Projects and Designers, internally and externally as appropriate

• Other design related duties as required

Job Description

-Have experience in interior design for commercial project (Fit-out/A&A Work).

-Able to produce concept design, space planning, presentation slides, construction drawings and as-built drawings in accordance to project requirements.

-Adept in Sketchup / 3D software (AutoCad, VRay, Photoshop & etc.) proposing of materials (moodboards) and harmoniously combine different materials / textures.

- Able to multi-task as an individual and work as a team in dynamic and positive environment

-Good communication, self-motivated, teamwork, interpersonal and presentation skill.

-Familiar with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint

-Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design

Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Responsible to draft and draw interior design layout plans using the AutoCAD software.
• Respond to client's enquiries both online and offline, and ensure follow up.
• Provide advice on space planning & design conceptualization tailored to individual clients’ requirements & needs
• Responsible for layout planning, material, construction proposal and quotation preparation
• Perform site surveys to ascertain accuracy of measurements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in AutoCAD software
• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related fields
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Define and prioritise billing product features to support automating Airwallex’s own billing process, including working closely with: Commercial teams to understand emerging commercial models and gaps in existing ones. Various operation and product teams to build alignment on target state, timeline and define new ways of working
• Articulate product initiatives and gain sponsorship from senior management
• Working together with Engineers, synthesize complex billing requirements into domain models, to allow building of scalable solution
• Manage the launching of new billing products to external customers, from training of the commercial team to recruitment of beta customers, to general release
• Interview existing/prospective customers to understand pain points and identify opportunities, either to refine existing product value propositions or to develop new ones.
