We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Designer with deep expertise in WordPress development, graphic design, branding, and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-converting websites and landing pages while ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand identity across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Development & Management:

• Website configuration: Set up and optimize cache plugins (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache) to improve website performance, load times, and user experience.

Graphic Design & Branding:

Landing Page Design & Optimization:

Wireframing & Prototyping:

• Create wireframes and prototypes for new web designs, with a focus on user flow, lead generation, and branding alignment.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Continuously monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including bounce rates and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in WordPress development, graphic design, and branding, with a focus on creating high-converting websites and landing pages.
