Job Description:

• Altis-Pro Marketing Sdn Bhd, an ISO & GDPMD certified dental company specialised in the area of dental equipment, instruments and consumables. We are hiring talented Sales Executive professional to join our team for market expansion for Kuala Lumpur & Penang region.

1. SALES EXECUTIVES – 2 positions KL, 1 position Penang 

Job Requirement:-

• Qualified candidate should have at least SPM with good credit in Science and English.
• At least 3 years field sales experience in Medical, Dental, Pharma or related industry with proven sales record
• Fast leaner with good selling ability to convert customer
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and other major languages
• Individual without sales experience but dealing directly with customer in the hospitality industry (tourism, hotel, front line) or young graduate from Biomedical or Science stream are encouraged to apply as intern rep
• Possess own car & a valid driving license
• Compensation & Incentives:
• Total remuneration package between RM3,250 to RM5,500 which including basic salary of RM 2 - 3K, monthly car allowances with sales commission, special project incentives, annual incentives, and transport claims & outstation travelling allowances will be provided.
• Chinese speaking is required.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Promote and improve product / brand awareness and ensure market penetration and expansion for the range of products & services to their assigned territory
• Field visit to GP / Hospital / University / College / Government
• Prepare sales visit plans and conduct sales presentation & demo to prospective customers to secure their order and contract’s.
• To prepare & support company organized roadshow, seminars, workshop and trade exhibitions etc.
• Support existing customer and analyse sales records to develop strategies to grow the market & sales
• Execute company strategies (e.g. redemption program) and promotion plan to gain market share and retain current user) and gain new user / customer
• Report and Work closely with Sales & Marketing Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Supervisor to enhance grow of the assigned sales territory
• Achieve monthly and annual sales & product target / increase user base
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by superior or management from time to time
