Contract duration: 6-month Contract

Working days: Mon – Thu 8.30am to 5.45pm; Fri 8.30am to 5.15pm
Responsibilities:
General Administrative and Project Management functions include
- Support the organization of the major regional events which will include (but is not limited to) -
- Assist in planning and scheduling of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in all logistical aspects of planning and executing events
- Scheduling and organizing all aspects of business travel: Booking hotel, air travel and ground transport for NTU senior management delegation; liaising with vendors for oversees events and drafting travel itineraries
- Close liaison and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to update on event organization progress
- Recordkeeping and taking of minutes
- Administrative duties to ensure the effective running of the office as assigned from time to time
International Relations
- Support in preparation for high level international delegation visits. This would include detailed arrangements of all logistics.
- Support engagement and initiatives with partner institutions in the Asia region
- Conduct research on both English and Chinese platforms to support data collation and analysis for strategic engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A levels / a recognised Diploma in business administration/business management/event management/equivalent certification in a related domain
- Minimum 2 years of relevant and related working experience in an office support role
- Global perspective and cultural awareness
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Strong oral and writing skills as well as communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven competency in MS Office
