Reporting to the directors and partners, your primary focus is to manage the accounting team to ensure that the required deliverables to our clients meet the professional quality and clients’ service requirements.
You will also have the opportunity to lead the team in adopting and implementing digital tools to perform part of the accounting tasks.
You will be leading the management and provision of excellent service to our clients in accordance to our service standards.

As a finance assistant manager, your primary roles and responsibilities are set out below:
- Lead a team of accounting staff to provide professional services to a portfolio of clients;
- Apply your professional financial expertise to assist our clients to resolve basic to complex accounting and financial related requirements;
- Review management accounts prepared by the junior staff;
- Managing, coaching, mentoring and building high-performance teams;
- Resource planning, ensure cost-effectiveness and work efficiency of assignments and business operations;
- Passionate in building, driving, leading and growing the business to serve a great diversity of clients in various industries;
- Assisting the Partners in growing both new and existing portfolios of clients;
- Work with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to drive transformation through innovation and digitalization to support the firm’s objectives;
- Keep abreast with new software and technology within the market that can increase productivity and efficiency of the practice.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification under the ACCA, ICAEW and SCA schemes
- Minimum 4 years’ accounting/audit experience in local public accounting firm
- Conversant and understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Company Act
- Leadership skills to lead a team of junior accountants
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, committed and service- oriented
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
