Job Desciption:
- Lead the planning team and programme & planning meeting with project operation teams weekly.
- Lead, supported, prepared 4D Sychro programme and updates to on-going works.
- Prepare & oversee overall planning & programming works such as cost loaded baseline programme, working programme, and progress updating programme.
- Prepared baseline programme narrative, programming plan and resource plan.
- Prepare major equipment (M&E) delivery for on-going projects, highlight team on the critical items.
- Oversee & prepared 3 month look ahead, one month look ahead programme and presentation slides for project team and client.
- Monitor the project progress and prepare monthly & weekly progress report.
- Oversee, prepared & monitored the detailed schedule for various authorities Development Control (DC) & Building Plan (BP) and Support design team.
- Overseen, prepared & monitored the detailed schedule for Architectural Provisional Sum (APS) including design submission, tendering, and awarding of each package.
- Oversee the detailed schedule for Structural, Architectural, M&E shop drawing submission, sample submission, mockup, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
- Supporting on the re-sequence of works, suitable methods, Value engineering to Project operation and design team.
- Supporting project teams on the utilities co-ordination and sewer diversion reinstatement works using pipe jacking method.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably with a Degree in Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Must have LTA project expriences at least 15 years.
- Proficient in using Primavera Software P6 & all version, Microsoft Project 2013.
- Able to work as a team and proactive.
- Worked in tight schedule, commitment, deadlines projects.
