Reporting to the Head of Finance Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Job Scope and Responsibilities
Improve accounting system operation for ASAO region
- Help desk for Accounting System
- Accounting system inquiries and support
- Accounting system operation monitoring and improvement
- Cost accounting system inquiries and support
Improve accounting rule operation for ASAO region
- YKK group generally accepted accounting principles operational monitoring and improvement
- Monitoring the operation of YKK Group regulations and notifications
- Investigation and monitoring of accounting-related fraud (in collaboration with the Internal Audit department)
Finance and tax matter for ASAO region
- Reduce Tax risk by providing and supporting with Tax investigation status summary and tax litigation support for ASAO Region
- Strengthening the corporate value of ASAO Region by enhancing financial strategy planning and cash flow improvement support
- As a Project Manager, provide Investment project support for ASAO Region
Performance Management Support for ASEAN & ISAMEA region
- Business plan & performance management support, solving performance management issue support for ASEAN & ISAMEA Region
- Create and analyze of ASEAN/ISAMEA monthly performance reports
- Create of ASEAN/ISAMEA conference materials
Requirements
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry
- Good organizational management experience of operating companies and headquarters in accounting / finance fields
- Good knowledge of accounting system, inventory evaluation system
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Meticulous, organized and detailed oriented
- Possess expertise knowledge of the fastening industry is advantageous
- Prior experience in cost accounting experience in manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Possess experience in project management preferred
