1. Read & handles Director's email
2. Personal clients' matters
3. Steers FSCs’ welfare & builds rapport with FSCs
4. Manages client birthday & update data in portal
5. Prepare District Meeting Slides & minutes taking
6. Prepare Policy Summary
7. Source & Interview candidates including new FSC on-boarding processes
8. Other PA’s duties
Job Requirement:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as Personal Assistant
- At least Bachelors Degree in any field, preferably in Administration
- Knowledge/ experience in insurance background would be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
