- Search for technologies-related strategic and M&A projects for the Company in Asia Pacific Region.
- Involve in due-diligence, return analysis, and feasibility studies of those potential projects. Prepare presentation and analysis report to senior management for decision making
- Tracking on progress of the completed projects. Provide recommendations to senior management if any follow-up actions or changes are required.
