- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote corporate identity, branding and organisational goal alignment;
- Seeks creative strategies and curate new literature to increase internal and external awareness of key pillars of topics undertaken by the company including community projects, sustainability roadmap, transformational programme, among others;
- Strategise and oversee media engagement whenever necessary;
- Oversee vendor engagement over PR and Marcom related projects;
- Support and implement Crisis Management protocol;
- Collaborate and prepare marketing presentation material;
- Content management on intranet;
- Assist in the management of in-house Customer Relationship Management tool;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or Equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics
- Experience in business analysis or conducting feasibility studies
- Experience in business development , account management or sales
