Our Reserve Card Relationship Managers (RMs) play a critical role in driving credit card business in the premium segment. Our RMs are skilled in managing the lifestyle and banking needs of our Reserve Card clients. They build deep, meaningful relationships and consistently exceed expectations of their clients.
Job Details
- Salary: $4K to $5,5K + Monthly Transport Allowance $450 + Commission average ranges from $1,5K to $5K
- Location: Central
- Working Hours & Days: Mon to Fri – 9AM to 6:30PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class account management to clients, by anticipating requests and resolving issues in an effective and timely manner
- Assist with the banking and lifestyle requests of clients; examples include redemption of frequent flyer miles, securing restaurant reservations and making golf bookings
- Achieve acquisition targets by bringing in new clients through internal leads and external sources
- Attend related dining/fashion events to build rapport with existing portfolio of clients, and to expand network of potential leads
- Contribute to overall team results by accomplishing individual sales targets
Requirements:
- Preferable with strong sales background or have experience selling products in the banking industry
- Bonus if have 2 years’ experience in hospitality, luxury retail or air crew
