Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and surveillance of investment guidelines including setting up & maintaining of rules and watch lists in the Bloomberg AIM and Compliance checklists
- Performing advisory role and provide comments for new and existing mandates in terms of review and coding of investment guidelines
- Performing pre and post trade monitoring of investment guidelines and follow up on breaches identified
- Managing scheduled reporting to clients and other compliance duties
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree, preferably in Business, Finance & Accountancy
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry (in the fund administration role or unit trust operations would be advantageous)
- Good understanding of Finance instruments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular, MS Excel and Word
- Proficient with process automation or programming tools are added advantage
- Team player, good interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to continuous learning and excellence
- Independent, meticulous and diligent individual with positive attitude
