Job Description:

  • Responsible for growth in market share within assigned sales territory (India).
  • Manage customers' expectations with quick response to customers' queries.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers' requirements.
  • Develop and manage relationship with customers.
  • Prepare costing, quotation, and technical proposal.
  • Support and lead assigned projects.
  • Develop and identify business potentials.
  • Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis.
  • Propose and implement sales strategy to meet company's growth and revenue plan.
  • Able to work with partnership company from India.
  • Other duties or projects, as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or Business Management or its equivalent.
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in automotive electronics industry, preferably with business development and sales experience.
  • Sales / Business development experience in automotive industry, preferably with Indian customers.
  • Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests.
  • Goal-oriented and extremely hard working.
  • Self-driven, independent, and enthusiastic to succeed.
  • Capable of collaborating with teams and achieving results.
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
  • Good communication in English. Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
  • Proactive, extrovert personality, team player & goal focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Asia, especially India and China.
