Working hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30 am - 6.00 pm), Friday (8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
Working period: 6 months, subject to extension
Monthly Salary: $13.50/hour
As part of the Finance Operations team, reporting to a Finance Manager, your responsibilities include:
Job Duties
- Perform matching of receipts to invoices and applications
- Update unmatched receipts listing
- Perform bank reconciliation in financial system
- Assist in preparation of audit schedules
- Process supplier invoices in financial system
- Liaise with Department Officers for supporting documents
- Assist in raising accounting journals
- Support any other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business/Finance/Accountancy (or equivalent).
- At least 3 year of working experience.
- Strong verbal communication Skills, and
- Competent in Microsoft Excel Skills.
