Job Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality of HR related matters
Talent Placement:
- Assist on the talent sourcing, CV filter, interview arrangement, talent placement using different various recruitment channel.
- Assist on talent mapping pool data statistic / analysis
Other HR operation issues:
- Assist in team building support to the team, helping to consecutively improve morale of the team;
- Assist in the provision of regular and relevant HR reports, including updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
Candidate Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment;
- Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure;
- Familiar with Microsoft office; especially proficient in Power Point, strong in prepare presentation slide. Photoshop is a plus
- Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people;
