5 Days Work Week
Job Type: Contract 4 – 5 Months (To cover maternity)
Salary: Up to $3,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute daily tasks related to Accounts Receivable
- Record journal entries accurately
- Conduct revenue reconciliation
- Generate and analyze Accounts Receivable aging reports
- Prepare and maintain audit schedules
- Undertake any additional ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE O Level or Diploma in Accountancy or a related finance field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Navision
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong team player with a positive work attitude
- Meticulous and responsible individual
This is a temporary Accounts position covering maternity leave for a duration of 4-5 months.
