Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge in all aspect of accounting.
- Experience in balance sheets schedules
- Perform timely closing of accounts and submission of GST returns
- Assist in internal control implementation
- Verify accuracy of financial and transactional data daily and perform monthly reconciliation of statement of accounts with bank statement.
- Ensure timely billing to clients, verify receipts and payment details with transaction documents.
- Input of suppliers’ invoices and process credit notes/adjustments
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes assigned, e.g. recruitment, orientation, processing of new appointments, contract renewals, exit management, performance management, administration of leave, employee benefits, compensation, awards, communication and staff wellness programs, and etc.
- Process monthly payroll timely for all staff
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at ITE or diploma certificate on accountancy
- Min 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in InfoTech, XERO and MS Office
