Job Description:
- Manage the entirety of HR and Admin functions within the company.
- Execute the complete payroll cycle, ensuring precise and timely payments through TimeSoft Payroll, including monthly CPF submission and processing government-paid leave.
- Compile payroll data for income tax submissions, encompassing IR8A and IR21 for departing foreign employees.
- Participate in compensation surveys, administer insurance coverage, and oversee staff benefits.
- Support recruitment processes, from advertising positions to facilitating onboarding for new hires.
- Handle performance management, covering form preparation, progress monitoring, and consolidation of appraisal results.
- Coordinate expatriate-related tasks, from work pass applications to tax filings and providing additional support services.
- Review and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, monitoring applicable government requirements.
- Supervise office administration, including leave management, office lease, facility management, company vehicles, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a diploma in Business or Human Resource Management
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-spectrum HR and Admin functions.
- Proficient in local regulations, including Employment Act, MOM, CPF, and IRAS.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Independent, proactive, and reliable as a team player.
- Demonstrate meticulous work habits and organizational skills.
- Advantageous to have past experience in Japanese organizations.
